~ Paper again. I so like the serendipity of creating art. I was playing around with the cool colors of these fabrics on a hot, humid day. I glanced over on what is supposed to be my work table, but is actually my working PILE table and saw this image transfer I had tried onto the metallic paper. It was so beautiful that I had to use it. I never could have planned for something to turn out like this. It's just floating on the magic of the moment and seeing where the art takes you. And that's the part I love, the surprises, the beauty that can unexpectedly occur when you are following your passion. She deserved a crown. She is my muse, my creation, my inspiration, my soul made visible. She represents all that is beautiful in life. As my daughter says, "She's rich." Yes, she is rich and so am I.
